Going on a Virtual Road Trip

Our Elders are going on a virtual Road trip for the next 10 weeks. We will actually be doing things here to add to the road trip. So enjoy their pictures and art we will be submitting!

Memorial Day Service

Our certified Volunteer Minister David Cox blessed with a wonderful Memorial Day Service today. He prayed over our residents, and we thanked the Veterans who gave their lives for our freedom.

Thank you to our Veterans, we appreciate all that you have done for us.

We have our vegetable garden out now. The Elders can’t wait to have some fresh vegetables. The Lettuce, green onion, and bacon melt is their favorite with some warm cornbread and butter. They eat on that for a few weeks. YUM Also our Clematis and pansies are doing great too.

FFA Visits

Thank you, Jackson County High School FFA students for helping out in our courtyard. They painted benches, tables, weeded the garden. Helped clean swing and apply new cushions. Added dirt and mesh to the raised gardens. You guys did such a great job!! Thank you so much.

Wednesday National Nursing Home Day

Staff and Elders enjoyed Banana Splits for our Wednesday celebration along with it being National Nurses Week. Thank you nurses for all that you do!! Thank you Dietary Staff for helping us celebrate this week.
